Château J’s Homebaking ~ Banana Loaf

Hi Everyone and Happy Self-Isolation Saturday!

Are you stuck at home this afternoon, without anything to occupy your time or attention? Are you craving a slightly sweet but also healthy treat to pair with your current read and a piping hot tea?

Look no further than my recipe for banana loaf (below)! This takes barely any time to put together and basically takes care of itself in the oven. It comes out golden on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and to be honest, I was shocked and blown away by how good it was, especially because I took an existing recipe and cut the sugar in half and substituted brown rice flour for white flour. Essentially, this banana bread is HEALTHY…well, as healthy as a banana loaf is going to get anyway.
